President of Construction Operations
Rick has worked in the pre-engineered metal buildings market for 45+ years in roles that include erector, foreman, manager, and how owner. He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and began his PEMB career immediately after graduating. He saw opportunity for growth in the metal building market and focused his career in this industry.
At both NuStructures sister brand, Redhawk Metal Buildings, Rick manages all construction operations. This includes everything from sales and estimating to project management, field operations, and vendor relations. Rick continues to be involved in overall company management and remains active in strategic decisions and the overall direction of both organizations.
President of Business Operations
Born into a family of business owners, Jeff grew up in the metal building industry. He earned his BBA in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin in 1992. After graduation, Jeff managed the internal operations for his family’s metal building construction company for five years, then spent the next 15+ years in sales management, global marketing, financial advising, and small business coaching.
Jeff reunited with Rick in 2015 and now runs the business operations for both NuStructures and its sister brand, Redhawk Metal Buildings. In this role he oversees finance, accounting, legal, marketing, strategic planning, and all other operational activities that support the continued success of both companies.
